However, Blaupunkt no longer manufactures its products today. Instead, it licenses its prestigious brand name to various electronics companies for various products, including car speakers.

Since 2008, companies like GIP Development SARL, based in Luxembourg, have been manufacturing Blaupunkt products. The brand’s current market focuses on car multimedia, but it also extends its name to home audio equipment. Despite no longer being an electronics manufacturer, Blaupunkt products, recognized by the iconic blue dot logo, are sold worldwide.
