Televisions Logos and Brands
TV manufacturers, from the first cathode ray tube sets to modern OLED panels, make up the “Televisions” section. Samsung and LG dominate the global market, where more than 200 million TVs are sold annually. Sony, with its Bravia XR technology, TCL, and Hisense compete in the mid-range and budget segments. LG OLED with self-emitting pixels and Samsung Neo QLED with mini-LED backlighting set the standards for picture quality in the premium class. The transition from HD to 4K and then to 8K has increased resolution by a factor of 16 in a decade and a half. The logos in this section represent brands whose screens are found in the living rooms of billions of households, and the television has evolved from an over-the-air signal receiver to a hub for streaming, gaming, and video calls.
