Kazakhstan Logos and Brands

Brands, organizations, and sports organizations in Kazakhstan comprise the content of the “Kazakhstan” section. The national airline Air Astana, the oil and gas corporation KazMunayGas, banking institutions, and sports federations represent the ninth-largest country in the world. The logos of Kazakhstani organizations draw on national symbols, including the shanyrak (the top part of a yurt), the golden eagle, steppe ornaments, and elements of Turkic heritage. Football and hockey clubs from Kazakhstan, as well as participants in Asian and European sports tournaments, complement the section with emblems rooted in the culture of the Central Asian state.
