North Division Logos and Brands
The northern divisions of professional sports leagues, which group teams by geography, constitute the “North Division.” In the NHL, MLS, and other leagues, the northern divisions include clubs from Canada and the northern United States. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the NHL temporarily created a Canadian North Division of seven teams. Division and conference emblems complement club symbols, and section logos reflect the organizational structure of leagues, in which divisions determine the game schedule, playoffs, and regional rivalries.
