Renault Logos and Brands
The French car manufacturer Renault, founded by the Renault brothers in 1899, defines the content of the section titled “Renault.” The diamond-shaped emblem, which first appeared in 1925 and has undergone many stylistic iterations, remains one of the most recognizable automotive symbols in Europe. Renault is part of an alliance with Nissan and Mitsubishi, manufactures passenger cars and commercial vehicles, and is developing a line of electric vehicles led by the Renault ZOE and Megane E-Tech. This section may feature logos of subsidiary brands, the Alpine sports division, and the Formula 1 team, as well as historical versions of the logo that reflect the company’s more than 100-year journey from a Parisian workshop to a global automaker.
