Neorion

Neorion is the oldest Greek heavy industry company based in Ermoupolis on the island of Syros. Officially, the brand was founded in 1861. But since 1820, it has been mentioned as the largest Greek shipyard. In the 60s of the XIX century, the company was engaged in the production of boilers, pumps, steam engines, steamships, and heavy artillery. In the 70s of the 20th century, the brand merged with Enfield Automotive and formed a new company, Enfield-Neorion EPE, which opened automobile production.
