Sizzler, the popular American restaurant chain known for steaks, seafood, and salad bars, has recently refreshed its branding. This update aims to keep the brand relevant in today’s market while staying connected to its longstanding heritage. The new identity balances modern design with the brand’s classic roots.

The updated logo keeps the essence of the original but with a more streamlined and contemporary look. The typeface is smoother and more modern while maintaining the familiar name. The signature red remains long tied to the brand but has been softened for a fresher, updated feel.

The rebranding brings back the cow mascot, Ribby Ribeye, originally introduced in the 1950s. Updated for a modern audience, Ribby is joined by other playful characters like Rippy the Lobster Tail, Toasty the Cheese Toast, and Salad Bar-barian. These characters add a fun, nostalgic touch, drawing inspiration from mid-century Southern California and classic cartoons. The mascots cater to both loyal customers and new diners.
