Namibia Logos and Brands
The South African state of Namibia, known for the Namib Desert and the Sossusvlei dunes, unites the brands of the section of the same name. Air Namibia (which ceased operations in 2021), telecom MTC Namibia, mining companies (Namdeb, Rössing Uranium), and the national football federation comprise the category. Namibia, independent since 1990, has some of the world’s largest diamond and uranium reserves, and nature tourism, including safaris and sea lions on the Skeleton Coast, attracts travelers. The logos of Namibian organizations feature oryx antelope, desert landscapes, and the sun, reflecting the identity of a country with a population of less than 3 million and a territory twice the size of Germany.
