Meaning and History
The actual history of Tutflix began in 2019, when a community of the same name appeared online. In 2020, it was converted into a full-fledged forum for sharing tutorials. The online platform’s unusual name consists of two parts. “Tut” is derived from “Tutorials” because the site offers many courses. In turn, “flix” alludes to the fact that the information is presented as videos that can be viewed both online and offline.
The library includes millions of lessons on a variety of topics. The most popular specializations are business management, Internet technology, software, Web design, digital marketing, personal growth, photography, beauty and makeup, and art. Standard subjects such as history, math, languages, and other school subjects are also available. By the way, the site has not only video content but also books, lectures, audio recordings, and slides.

At the edge is a square academic cap, the ceremonial headdress of graduates and professors of institutions of higher learning. The artists depicted it in white and outlined it with dark lines.
The next part of the logo is the black letters “T,” “U,” and “T.” They are written in a stencil; that is, the strokes are not solid but divided into fragments by thin white stripes. The continuation of the word mark (“FLIX”) is painted in two colors: each printed symbol has a white interior and blue outlines. All letters in the forum’s name are in uppercase and match in size. At the same time, they have no serifs.
Font and Colors
The most noticeable element of the Tutflix logo is the square academic cap. Such a headdress is part of the ceremonial attire of graduates in many countries that use the British educational system. Notably, the tassel of the liripipe hangs on the right; in the United States, students throw it over to the left only after receiving their diploma. This is an allusion to the fact that the website users are still only studying.
The Tutflix logo uses a single geometric sans-serif font in two variants: a regular and a stylized stencil. The first half of the lettering has white dividing lines, making it reminiscent of Magique Fonts’ Capture Smallz Regular. The second part, with blank letters outlined, is similar to Hussar Ekologiczny Regular by Cannot Into Space Fonts. The palette is based on three colors: black, white, and blue, which dilutes the classic combination.
