Holy Trinity School, a secondary school in Crawley, West Sussex, has introduced a new logo and visual system. The rebrand is intended to unite the institution’s long history with its modern development.
The school has ties to the Diocese of Chichester and the Parish of St. Alban. Previously, its symbolism reflected the architectural features of Chichester Cathedral, the parish church, and the façade of the school building. However, the campus reconstruction and the expansion of academic programs required an update to the visual language.
The new logo is designed as a monogram where the letters HTS form an interwoven composition. At the center, a cross can be discerned, referencing the school’s historic Christian roots. A golden shield with the monogram symbolizes protection and care, which form the foundation of the educational environment.
The color system has been revised. Instead of light blue, three shades of blue are now used: HTS Blue, Trinity Blue, and Light Blue, complemented by a gold accent. The palette gives the style an academic character and underscores the continuity of the British educational tradition.
For print and digital materials, the fonts Weave Pro Regular and Brown Regular are used. The first adds elegance, while the second ensures readability in all formats. The fonts were tested for compliance with accessibility standards, including use in environments for students with dyslexia.
The visual system is supplemented with graphics inspired by church stained glass, linked to the school’s history. The geometric figures of the stained glass were reinterpreted and integrated into the design of print and digital materials. They symbolize the school’s openness to different cultures and worldviews.
The updated style highlights the institution’s mission: “Deeply Christian, open to all.” The new logo and visual language give the school a modern appearance.
The identity is applied in documentation, on the website, in presentations, in school uniforms, and in campus navigation. As a result, Holy Trinity School has become more recognizable and presents a unified image to students, parents, and partners.
