Sabre updated its brand after completing a long rebuild of its technology platform. The new mark was presented at ITB Berlin 2026 along with the company’s updated development plan. The main focus is on cloud technology, artificial intelligence, and the brand’s new role in the travel technology market.
For a long time, Sabre was associated with the red logo from the early era of digital travel systems. The slanted letters, diagonal line, and bright color reflected a period when the company was closely tied to airline systems, data transfer, and the digital infrastructure of the late twentieth century. In recent years, the business underwent a major rebuild. At the same time, the previous mark remained tied to an earlier stage of the company.
The new style uses the image of a compass. It is tied to navigation, route planning, and orientation in the travel industry, where technology, data, and customer expectations are constantly evolving. For the company, the mark helps show its role as a platform for airlines, hotel groups, agencies, and other market participants.
The look of the logo changed as well. The slanted wordmark was replaced by strict letters with even lines and angled cuts. The lettering recalls interfaces, navigation systems, and control panels.
The redesign is tied to changes inside the business. Over five years, Sabre moved its key systems to the cloud, consolidated multiple products into a single platform, and embedded artificial intelligence tools into its technology foundation. One of the main projects is the SabreMosaic platform. It was created for AI services, intelligent commerce, and workflow automation.
The company is developing agentic-ready APIs, a Model Context Protocol server, and infrastructure for working with large volumes of data, including Travel Data Cloud. This set of projects shows the shift from a provider of separate travel systems to a next-generation technology platform.
The new logo signified that a long modernization process had been completed. The compass image and updated identity express Sabre’s new direction. The tagline “Let’s get going” reinforces the overall message and reflects the company’s readiness for the next stage in the travel industry’s development.
