Mirabilia Unveils New Logo and Brand Identity

Mirabilia Logo New

The Argentine company Mirabilia, specializing in development and architectural projects, has presented a new style created by designers Santiago and Nicolás. The update reflects the studio’s values and its transition to a new stage of growth.

Mirabilia holds a leading position in the Argentine real estate market, having built more than 700,000 square meters of housing. As the company grew, its previous visual identity no longer matched its scale. The new brand emphasizes Mirabilia’s individuality and modern positioning while maintaining its connection to the company’s architectural philosophy.

Mirabilia Logo Evolution

The company’s symbol has also changed. Instead of the previous star, a new one appeared, with four rays representing the founders and the studio’s core principles. The symbol’s shape conveys collaboration and unity within the team.

The logo is based on the Mirabilia Sans typeface, created for the brand by designer Fer Cozzi. The simple, precise letterforms reflect the company’s architectural approach and its commitment to clarity and functionality. The typeface has earned the project awards, including a Gold Medal at the Hiiiibrand Design Award and the Good Design Seal.

Mirabilia’s updated style appears modern, reflecting the studio’s mission to create architecture that combines comfort and humanity with aesthetics and functionality. The rebranding marks a step forward for the company’s development and its role in shaping Argentina’s urban environment.
