Pooch & Mutt Unveils New Logo and Brand Identity

Pooch & Mutt Logo New

Pooch & Mutt updated its identity in January 2026. Robot Food handled the project. The main focus was the new logo with two dogs, Patch and Penny.

The brand grew from dog food into a broader pet care company. Its range includes food, treats, supplements, gut health products, veterinary products, toys, training, and expert content. The previous image reflected the brand’s early stage and its narrow focus on food. The new phrase for all breeds & needs became the basis of the update.

The logo keeps its connection to the former mascot, Patch. Penny Pooch now appears beside him. The pair of dogs helps show different types of pets and different needs. Some dogs need an active routine, others need calmer care, while others need digestive support or help from a veterinarian.

Pooch & Mutt Logo Evolution

In the new logo, the two dogs become the foundation of the brand image. Pooch & Mutt speaks to pet owners dealing with different ages, behaviors, health needs, and diets. The logo communicates care through a warm tone, light humor, and a calm voice.

Robot Food replaced the previous black-and-white look with a dark blue and cream base. The logo became softer and more closely aligned with the theme of home. The brand gained a less clinical look while keeping the sense of experience in pet care.

Pooch & Mutt Symbol

Next to the pair of dogs is a soft serif typeface refined by Dan Foster. It balances the mascots and keeps the logo feeling grown-up. The name Pooch & Mutt sounds conversational, while Patch and Penny help convey its meaning through images of two different dogs.

The updated mark develops the idea of Good Mood Food and expands it. The focus is health, care, mood, and the dog’s everyday condition. For shoppers, the new logo makes choice easier. It shows products for different dogs and different needs within one brand, from daily nutrition to the veterinary line.
