AIB is updating its logo as the business expands beyond its home market. Agostini Insurance Brokers Limited has operated in Trinidad and Tobago since 1981 and is one of the major insurance brokers in the Caribbean. The new identity was prepared in 2026 by Praktis Design.
The rebrand is tied to the company’s growth and its expansion into Caribbean markets, including the OECS, Jamaica, and the Cayman Islands. AIB needed a mark that preserved continuity for long-standing clients while giving the company the feel of a regional player.
The old logo looked heavy and dry. Large geometric letters in burgundy, with an orange accent, recalled an industrial corporate emblem. The new version keeps the AiB abbreviation but softens it. The letters are brought into a unified form with the feel of a single mark.
The meaning of the mark is built on the connection between the letters. “A” stands for advisor, and “I” stands for client. The bridge between them recalls a handshake and an exchange between broker and client. The mark conveys AIB’s role as a partner that helps clients understand risk, protection, and insurance products.
In the new system, the brand is described through two qualities: formidable and supportive. The idea is strength through experience, professional relationships, and readiness to protect the client’s interests. The speech bubble form adds the theme of the client’s voice and the role of an advocate in the insurance environment.
A keystone form is used under the mark. The motif is connected with support, order, and a strong foundation. Together with the AiB letters, it makes the identity composed and businesslike. The purple color moves the brand away from its earlier utilitarian look. It brings it closer to modern financial and business services.
The brand line “With You. With Strength.” supports the update’s main idea. AIB remains close to the client and relies on decades of experience. The Test of Transformation campaign presents the rebrand as a continuation of the company’s history. The new logo helps AIB look like a regional Caribbean player with a strong position and growth plans.
