Ivo updated its logo and brand identity as the company moved beyond a narrow service and began positioning itself as a full-fledged AI platform for corporate lawyers. The new style, created by the agency Motto, aligns with the brand’s core mission. Contract management technologies should enhance human expertise, not push it into the background.
The name Ivo is derived from Saint Ivo of Brittany, the patron saint of lawyers in the European tradition. This reference is important for the brand because it connects the legal field with a new generation of digital tools. The platform is integrated into the work of legal departments at large companies, helping to analyze contracts, identify risks, and navigate complex document review stages more quickly. Thanks to this approach, the platform has earned the trust of Fortune 500 companies and major tech firms.
The previous logo was built around the soft lettering of “ivo” in dark green. The letter “o” drew the most attention, designed as a large loop with an outline and a small rounded stroke at the top. After the redesign, the composition changed. On the left, a square-shaped symbol with rounded corners and a green outline appeared. Inside, a line divides the field into smooth segments. These segments form an abstract pattern of rounded shapes, resembling connected leaves in places. On the right is the word “ivo,” set in the same green color but now in a serif font.
The update stems from a desire to convey the brand’s essence more accurately. It is no longer about a local tool for a single task, but rather a platform around which contract management within large companies is built. The new logo combines orderliness and fluidity, while its internal structure evokes logic, analytical pathways, and the handling of vast amounts of legal information. At the heart of the new identity lies the formula “Intelligence by Design.” For Ivo, this means AI is integrated into the workflow and designed to enhance human judgment. As a result, the brand appears more mature and cohesive, and it more accurately conveys the company’s role in the corporate legal environment.
