In the world of crypto exchanges, new platforms are emerging one after another, but MachineX is carving out a unique niche. The platform launched in 2025 on the Peaq blockchain and is built around the idea of a market where people and machines participate in exchanges. Various digital assets, including DePIN tokens, can be traded through it, along with space, time, and energy.
Peaq itself also fuels interest in the project. The blockchain is aimed at real-world services, ranging from mapping to spatial computing and economic models involving connected devices. Within such an environment, autonomous technology can conduct financial transactions, access services, and manage resources. MachineX is conceived as a platform for such an economy, where devices enter the market on an equal footing with humans.
The project’s visual identity was created by the Berlin-based studio Koto. The team’s task was to translate a complex technological concept into a vivid, clear image. The foundation is a retro-futuristic world inspired by science fiction and the aesthetics of classic space stories. In this universe, machines are full-fledged participants in economic life, and the digital environment is perceived as a living ecosystem.
The main MachineX logo is built on typography. The word MACHINEX is set in uppercase and appears as a single monolithic block. Light text on a dark surface creates a strong contrast. The dense geometry and solid mass of letters convey a sense of weight and durability. In some versions, sharp asymmetrical serifs and accent verticals appear, giving the logo an almost sculptural form and making it stand out among typical crypto services.
For large headlines, the Feature Deck Condensed font is used, adding drive and rhythm to the text. The ABC Rom and ABC Rom Mono fonts are used for long blocks of text and interfaces, maintaining a balance between precision and legibility. The color scheme is built on the clash of bright digital tones and rich neutral shades, ensuring that interface elements do not get lost in the overall design.
MachineX has taken on the image of a platform striving to give the new machine economy a cultural and visual form. The project presents technological infrastructure not as abstract code but as an environment in which algorithms, devices, and users form a shared system of exchange.
