ASX Unveils New Logo and Brand Identity

ASX Logo New

The Australian Securities Exchange, ASX, has completed a brand update and introduced a new logo. The changes affected the company’s entire visual system, aiming to enhance audience interaction and improve legibility.

Work on the new look was carried out in stages and concluded with the launch of a mark that maintains a connection to the previous version while offering a different interpretation. Previously, the symbol was a blue circle with an X formed from white stripes. In the new version, the mark was simplified by removing unnecessary details and focusing on form and structure.

ASX Logo Evolution

The X is shown as the intersection of two colored parts at the center. The color division conveys interaction, partnership, and a shared direction for development. At the point of their intersection, a small triangle indicates the exchange’s role within Australia’s financial system.

The updated ASX wordmark is larger, the typeface is heavier, and the color scheme has changed. Instead of gradient blue, a rich dark blue shade is used, complemented by a light accent on the X’s arrows. By reducing the number of elements, the mark appears simpler and cleaner.

ASX Logo Old

Starting in June 2025, the new logo will replace the exchange’s previous symbol across all channels and official company materials, including the Listed@ASX magazine and online platforms. During the transition period, the previous version will remain available; however, the identity change will be completed in the near future.

The updated brand reinforces ASX’s status as a technologically advanced platform and emphasizes its role as a key financial center in Australia.
