Club Condor introduced itself before opening. The private urban golf club in London plans to launch in 2027, while the team at Without has already developed the identity for early member recruitment and the urban-golfer audience.
The venue is located in a former bank building at No. 1 Fleet Street. The team offers a club format in the city center. One premium space will bring together golf, training, work areas, socializing, recovery, and a bar.
The idea “A different kind of club for the city” helps explain the new format. Club Condor targets players who value golf in London, easy city access, and a simple club experience.
The logo relies on calm typography. CLUB CONDOR is set in a thin high-contrast serif typeface with wide spacing and elongated letters. In the “C,” “O,” and “D,” the contours are left open. This treatment makes the mark lighter and more current, with a soft athletic tone.
The dark green background connects to golf, private clubs, and the atmosphere of an exclusive space. The white lettering adds a sense of high-level service. The logo supports the image of a full members’ club with a city address and premium service.
The identity is needed before the brand opens its doors. Without a worked-on brand strategy, storytelling, identity, campaigns, copywriting, photography, UI/UX, and the website. Future members experience a new urban golf scenario where sport, work, rest, and socializing are integrated into a single system.
The logo sets a calm club tone. The image has less sports noise and a stronger sense of privacy, precision, and a grown-up atmosphere. Club Condor sits at the intersection of luxury hospitality, golf technology, and the London lifestyle.
