1990 – today
In 1990, the corporation was named Gleaner-Allis Corporation. Shortly thereafter, the name was reversed, and the company became known as Allis-Gleaner Corporation, or “AGCO” for short. Along with the new name, the brand received a logo that has successfully accompanied the company for over thirty years.
The foundation of AGCO’s visual identity is the acronym, written in simple, bold letters. The font is black, without decorative elements, and is dense and even. This adds visual stability and allows the company to be perceived as a reliable player in the agricultural equipment market.
But the main focal point became the symbol next to the name. The AGCO symbol is a dark red equilateral triangle with its apex pointing upward. Inside are four white stripes, cut diagonally.
