Onvero appeared after the renaming of ENEI, the Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion. The British not-for-profit organization works in the areas of diversity, equality, and inclusion. The name change moved the brand away from a dry abbreviation and toward a name that makes it easier to talk about people, trust, and culture inside work teams.
The organization helps employers build inclusive environments. Its work includes consulting, partnerships, and engagement with leaders. The previous name required explanation and sounded like the name of a professional association. Onvero is shorter, softer, and better suited to open dialogue.
The name is built from “onwards” and “vero”. Vero is connected with truth. Together, the words suggest honest conversation and real change inside companies, while formal reporting moves into the background.
The main mark in the new identity is a simple symbol made from three stylized figures. It replaced the previous abstract sign made of thin intersecting lines. The new emblem reads as a group of people, mutual support, and shared work. The theme of inclusion was presented in a human image with a calm tone.
The form of the mark is kept as simple as possible. Public materials note that it can be drawn by hand. In print, the mark works for tactile techniques, including embossing. For Onvero, this kind of simplicity is connected with accessibility. The identity considers different ways of perceiving information from the early stage.
The typography moves in the same direction. The identity uses Lexend, a typeface created to reduce visual strain. The color system was checked against WCAG contrast standards. Bright green and dark teal replaced the previous, more official range, making the brand warmer in communication with employers, partners, and teams.
Onvero meets its audience with a short name and a mark that speaks to people. The long abbreviation with an explanation was replaced by an image of an organization that helps businesses address complex topics more calmly, closer to real work and culture.
