The National Football League (NFL) has unveiled the new official logo for Super Bowl LX. The game will be held at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. Following tradition, the NFL revealed the emblem the day after the conclusion of the previous championship. This marks the second time the Super Bowl will occur at Levi’s Stadium, ten years after the milestone 50th game, and the third major championship appearance in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The new logo is executed in the familiar Super Bowl style: combining Roman numerals with recognizable local symbols. At the heart of the design is the iconic Golden Gate Bridge, the region’s most significant landmark. While last year’s version (Super Bowl LIX) featured vibrant red-and-yellow hues with psychedelic patterns, this year’s design directly references San Francisco’s most recognizable sights.

Embedded within the numerals “LX” are the Golden Gate Bridge elements, hills, ocean waves, palm trees, and modern buildings. Together, these elements form a harmonious and immediately identifiable image of the region. The logo’s font remains strict, geometric, and sans-serif, familiar from recent editions. The Roman numerals take center stage, appearing lighter due to the incorporated city silhouettes. Compared to the previous version, the new emblem is easier to perceive and more dynamic.

The traditional Vince Lombardi Trophy is centrally placed. However, it is now seamlessly integrated into the overall composition rather than dominating other details.

Significant changes occurred in the color scheme. Last year emphasized simple, bright red and yellow tones. The new version features a gradient palette of pink, yellow, blue, and green. This palette reflects the region’s diversity: the coastline, urban landscapes, and famous California sunsets.

The gradient background makes the emblem lively and dynamic while maintaining readability.

The result is a vibrant emblem that blends the spirit of America’s largest sporting event with the unique character of the San Francisco Bay Area. The logo stands out among previous versions, maintaining a connection to the traditional Super Bowl style.
