Paragon Logo

The mid-1990s were a period of growth and development for IT companies seeking to establish their own style. In 1994, Paragon Software introduced an updated logo created by its internal design team. The developers aimed to present the company’s technological profile in a single symbol, specializing in protecting and storing digital information.

The logo’s symbol is a stylized letter P composed of two segments. A horizontal gap divides these parts, emphasizing the brand’s focus on organizing data and managing digital resources. The upper half of the letter features smooth, rounded contours, while the lower half is formed by a soft curve resembling an angle. The shape conveys order and control, reflecting the specifics of the company’s activities.

The symbol is rendered in a bright orange gradient, smoothly transitioning from a lighter tone on the left to a richer tone on the right. This gradient indicates the accumulation and concentration of digital data, while the shade itself conveys activity, energy, and readiness to respond to market changes.

Next to the symbol, the name PARAGON SOFTWARE is arranged in two lines. The upper part consists of the word PARAGON set in large capital letters in an even sans-serif typeface. The lower line, SOFTWARE, is written in the same style, in a smaller font, with increased character spacing. The gray text color emphasizes the company’s solidity and strengthens the visual connection with the bright symbol on the left.

The logo reflects the company’s position in the information technology market. Through the image and typeface, the designers expressed the brand’s focus on developing technological services and digital solutions.
