The island nation with 23 million inhabitants and one of the most technologically advanced economies in the world brings together the brands in the “Taiwan” section. TSMC (Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company), which produces more than 90% of the world’s advanced chips, Foxconn (Hon Hai), ASUS, Acer, HTC, and Giant (bicycles) form the backbone of the Taiwanese industry.
